welcome Mr.Cravat. Interesting way of introducing yourself there. Care to tell us why you chose that video?

I see you have our friend Monik listed as a friend on the you tube channel there. ..is that what brought you here?

Hi Broken Arrow...Yes I have known Monica & her husband Joe for a good few years and saw her as recently as the week before Christmas in Malta, and it was she who pointed me in this direction...
No reason in particular for the choice of video ,and is in my play list simply at the top because it was the last one I added :-)

My taste in  music extends to opera, choral, middle of the road stuff, retro, rat pack and anything that takes my liking.

Like Monica I believe in the mysteries of life and will be dropping by on occasions....a great site...:-)

Wow, you like "rat pack" music, MrCravat?! That surely ages you! Smiley My favorite "rat pack"-er is Shirley, although she's as old as my mother!

"Rat Pack"... hmmm it's timeless and  is just part of my musical taste B/ Arrow...though no apologies for liking them with today's modern "Rat Packers" not quite having that same hmmmmm  "Je ne sais quoi "...and from a Golden Era that saw drugs for what they were and  not so many families...
They were one generation before me but have a class of their own...with Deano being my favourite &  Joey Bishop a close second and 8 trips to Vegas( and counting ) the result of my love just to visit their stomping ground...  :-)

Oh I love Dean Martin! I used to imagine that he was my father and his singing brought me a lot of comfort.

Joey Bishop....I know I liked him but I can't recall his voice.

As for today's music....I don't care for it. Not much is worth listening to these days. I'm more of an old time rock and roll girl myself.

(I'm not sure but I think you mixed me up with Sacred Feathers up there. She brought up the Rat Pack. Perhaps I am wrong, but I wanted to point that out just in case )

Yeah, he did! Smiley

I'm the one who is not a rat pack fan at all. Didn't really like any of them or their music. I only ever liked Shirley. She didn't have many pictures taken with them as a rat pack member. Actually, she talked about hanging out with them in a couple of her books, which is what brought me to Shirley in the first place.
